During my recent gourmet getaway, I had the pleasure of staying at what can only be described as a modern culinary haven. Nestled in a beautiful location just outside the city, the hotel's BLUE RESTAURANT BISTROT quickly became the centerpiece of my experience. Open from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, allowing for a relaxed dining setting to savor their innovative dishes inspired by global cuisines. I indulged in a dinner featuring local products and homemade baked goods. The flavors were expertly crafted, blending tropical elements reminiscent of my Bahamian roots with international flair. One dish, in particular, invited me to reminisce about the exquisite flavors of the Caribbean with a twist that left my palate intrigued. For breakfast, I appreciated the plethora of options, perfect for someone always on the go. The convenience of having a rich selection right at my fingertips was a delightful start to each day. As a marine biologist and avid foodie, the combination of thoughtful cuisine and beautiful surroundings made my stay quite exceptional, beckoning me to return. A perfect destination for fellow culinary enthusiasts!
